I have so been missing scrapbooking! I finally got some time (and encouragement) through Christmas in July over at Digital Scrapbook Artisan Guild. This site is AMAZING and I am so proud to be a part of it (the owner is a wonderful lady and I am proud to call her friend). Anyways, each week this month we are working on making a gift (so there is not the HUGE rush at Christmas). This week we are making pocket calender inserts. And here is mine:
You can click on the image to see it larger and to see the credits.
If you would like a copy to print out for your pocket calender (or checkbook as I have it in mine), please comment me with your email. Remember comments ARE moderated and ANY email in a comment will NOT be posted (I respect your privacy).
I will email you the full size to print out for personal use OR gift giving (I simply ask that you not sell them).

That's a really clever idea for a gift! I think you did a really nice job with yours.
That is so cute!! I like the idea of custom making the insert! The flowers are so pretty in pink and I like how you chose green for 'Bloom'. :o)
I'm trying to get a head start on Christmas gifts too. I'm hoping to start making my Christams cards this week.
What a neat idea. You did a great job. I think that quote is so cute. I have never heard it before. I can see how the flowers upside down would look kind of cute, almost like hanging little decorations. It sounds like a great group. Thanks for participating in Sew Crafty Friday.
