My beloved is in DC for the week (coming home tomorrow) and recently saw a billboard on the bus that goes all too well with my post the other day on why we don't do the Santa thing.
First they take the Christ out of Christmas....
then they stop saying Christmas all together......
and now, why believe in a god? Just be good for goodness sake.

That's why it is so very important for parents to take a proactive stance in teaching their children about God and His salvation plan. Our children likely won't get what they need from just attending church (an hour a week just isn't enough)and the lure of the world is too strong if they don't have a strong solid root of faith to base their living on.
It's bad enough that traps are laid everywhere, now they're being advertised....
