If it is asking for your credit card number you have not registered and it wants to charge you. Once registered it SHOULD say "FREE DOWNLOAD" instead of a price. When you click on FREE DOWNLOAD, it should download for free. Either that OR if you are registered AND signed in, then if it is not saying FREE DOWNLOAD instead of a price, the free download term is over.
