Bike-Schooling??

Yep. A couple of ordinary school teachers felt there were spending too much time with other kids and not enough time with their own. So they turned home schoolers and are now biking from the tip of Alaska to the tip of the South America with their ten year old twin boys!

Family on Bikes

I have always romanticized RV-schooling. And I really would LOVE to do that. But I do not think I could give up all my books! LOL! Or my dear dear friends!!! But I am hoping that one day, we can rent and RV and RV school Route 66! Wouldn't that be SO COOL! What better way to learn American history (math and science too!) Maybe someday when beloved gets so much money we don't know WHAT to do!! :D Hey, a girl can dream, can't she??

I've looked at Rte 66 before as a possible vacation idea, and I think it has real interesting potential. With the cost of gas these days, i'm going to have to wait for my husband to make a lot of money, too. :-(

I've heard of them! I don't think I could actually do it either, but it does sound fun!

Hey, if you ever hit Route 66, be sure to visit me here. I'm only half an hour or so away from it!!!

Do it!! Take off and live your dream! It's truly an amazing experience.

Anyway, thanks so much for writing about us. We are having a blast on the road! We take off tomorrow to head down to Yellowstone - can't wait to see the geysers and mudpots!!
